Having a degree in English does not necessarily mean you are ready to deal with the nitty-gritty of the business language. Essential grammar and vocabulary related to food & drinks service, checking in & out, reception language and more is crucial to make you indispensable to your work environment!
Problem solving
Working in customer service requires dealing with various tricky situations effectively and highly professionally. The right vocabulary and tone (using grammar and the right syntax) are your saviors.
