Having earned her Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in English Language and Literature from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece), Ioanna moved abroad where she continued her post graduate studies. She got her first Master’s degree (MA) in American Studies from King’s College London (United Kingdom), and continued with a second MA degree in Human Rights and Democratization at the European Inter-University Centre for Human Rights in Venice (Italy). She has been teaching English since her BA graduation to individuals and companies, while she has also worked in various places in Brussels (Belgium), such as the European Parliament, the Council of Europe, and various Non-Governmental Organizations and think tanks where she has conducted analysis, communications, and advisory. She has also been editor and co-author of various books. Apart from Greek (native tongue) and English, Ioanna speaks also fluent Italian and French.
